The home on Fontanero is impressive and comfortable. Beth went above and beyond in preparing the place for our stay. You will not be disappointed in staying at this wonderful property.

We loved our stay in the Historic North End of Colorado Springs. The design made the home feel cozy, but its actual spaciousness ensured our children always had a new nook to explore while we relaxed at the end of the day or made breakfast in the mornings. Our kiddos especially loved the camper in the backyard!

We loved staying at the Sumac Inn!  Beth answered questions quickly and check in/out was easy and accommodating. We were a group of 7 family members (plus one dog) and had plenty of room to spread out and relax.  This location was a big draw for us as it is close to downtown and easily accessible to most things.  Beds were nice and comfy, and the kitchen was also a very big bonus.  Thank you Beth, for the nicely-stocked kitchen and treats.  It was very nice to not have to worry about breakfasts for our group!  A highlight was enjoying the back deck and lawn each afternoon and evening, and also being so close to the Centennial bike trail for a morning run.  Thank you!!

We had a great stay at the Sumac Inn. The house was relaxing to come back to after being out and about all day. It was stocked with everything you could need and more when you are away from home. We had two families staying there and everyone was very happy with their rooms and had lots of places to spread out and also enjoy time together. The location is great. It's easily drive-able to downtown with quick access to the highway as well. It was perfect for our long weekend in Colorado Springs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. This house was clean and updated with the latest cooking gadgets and electronics. It was well appointed with anything you could of think of to make your stay more comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with many extra cooking items. The bedrooms and bathrooms were stocked with high quality linens, making our stay very comfortable.

We came with a group of 10 for a bachelorette party and rented Beth's house. Beth was a wonderful help from the moment I booked the house. She helped us with ideas on area attractions and restaurants to enjoy since we had not visited the area before. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was in perfect condition upon arrival. We felt right at home. Beth left us treats in the fridge which was above and beyond what we expected. The house is in a very safe location. I would definitely recommend this home to a large group, you will have plenty of space and feel right at home! Can't wait to go back!
